Glad to encounter a kindred Rortyan spirit, Paul! And happy to see that great minds think alike.

One thing we might have a fruitful disagreement about is whether Rorty's descriptions of panrelationalism apply only to knowledge and language, or do they apply to reality, the world, the universe itself. I'm pretty convinced that Rorty intended panrelationalism to do the latter, ie it is an ontological set of descriptions, not just an epistemological set (though I am willing to admit that he could be clearer on the issue).

Have you come across the distinction in Philosophy of Science between Ontic Structural Realism and Epistemic Structural Realism? I'm pretty convinced panrelationalism is a kind of OSR.

I'm working on a book of my own. Has your book been published yet?
